Preparing for Q3 & Q4
At Royal Trading Group, we have started preparations for Q3 and Q4. This period traditionally requires close coordination with suppliers due to the expected increase in volumes.
We are focusing on securing the right suppliers for both our existing assortment and planned expansion. By acting early, we aim to ensure stable availability and reliable supply for our customers.
In-house transport
The reintroduction of our in-house transport operation is already showing clear results.
With our own driver, we have better control over deliveries and planning, can respond more quickly, and keep communication lines short. This contributes to a more efficient and flexible day-to-day operation.
Cooperation & compliance
We are also placing increasing focus on strengthening compliance towards both customers and suppliers. This helps us structure partnerships further and build a more transparent and reliable network.
RTG business event in preparation
Finally, we are exploring the organisation of an RTG business event. We are currently looking into informal and sports-oriented settings, such as racing days or golf clinics.
The goal is to strengthen relationships in a more relaxed environment and further develop partnerships outside of daily business operations.
